A family legacy, brewed to perfection
In the heart of Miami Beach, a city known for its vibrant culture and bustling streets, there exists a soulful oasis for coffee lovers and food enthusiasts alike.

Amilcar & Claudia
Driven by their love for exceptional coffee and delicious baked goods, Amilcar and Claudia envisioned a space that would serve as a communal hub. Their dream was to create an environment that was not just about savoring great food, but about forging connections and building a beautiful community.
Cachito translates to a little piece, and true to its name, the bakery offers a little piece of life with each serving. Each cup of coffee and every pastry carries the essence of a family's dedication and the warmth of home.
Ten years of little pieces
The dream
Amilcar and Claudia set out to open a café where Miami Beach could slow down, connect and start the day right.
71st Street opens
The original Cachito opens at 251 71st Street in North Beach. The neighborhood adopts the medialuna immediately.
Roasting in house
Cachito becomes a true coffee roaster, sourcing specialty beans from around the world and roasting them steps from the espresso machine.
Alton Road arrives
A second café opens at 1542 Alton Road in South Beach, with an extended menu of quiches, milanesas and grilled mains.
"Sometimes, the best parts of life come in the form of a cachito."
The house philosophy
A little piece of life in every visit
The warm interiors and friendly staff at Cachito make everyone feel at home, and it is this genuine, unpretentious charm that has solidified its place in the hearts of the Miami Beach community. Whether it is the laughter of friends echoing through the room or the soft hum of a barista crafting the next perfect espresso, the ambiance at Cachito is truly enchanting.
